Hi, I'm Kate Connolly, and I'm an Intuitive Healer & Intuition Teacher. I'm deeply passionate about helping others awaken their inner wisdom and live their most authentic lives. 

I believe that in a world that is constantly bombarding us with external expectations and societal norms, the key to success and happiness lies within ourselves.

Over the last 15 years, I have honed my skills in chiropractic, naturopathy, kinesiology, and energy healing, developing a holistic approach to healing that recognises the interconnectedness of the mind, body, spirit, and soul. 

My empathetic and compassionate nature, combined with my knowledge and expertise, make me a trusted guide on the path to authentic wellbeing. 

Through my work, I guide individuals on a journey of self-discovery, self-love, and self-empowerment. I believe that each person possesses an innate ability to heal themselves and achieve their highest potential, but often needs support in accessing this inner knowing. 

I use a variety of techniques, including energy healing, bodywork, meditation, and counselling to support individuals in releasing emotional blockages and physical tension.

My approach to healing is holistic and recognises that everyone's healing journey is unique. That's why I work with individuals to create a tailor-made healing approach that meets their specific needs. I believe that healing is a collaborative process and I prioritise empathy, compassion, and active listening in my practice.
